This company has had my tax information for my 2008 taxes since Feb 2009, to date I still haven't gotten my tax papers back or even had my taxes filed by them. They refuse to answer the phones and return phone calls. I have had to hire an attorney to sue this company to get my tax items back from them. They have three places of business Bangor, Bucksport and Manchester Maine.
I was very pleased with the service I got from David and his assistant, Bill. They were prompt and accurate with my income tax preparation. Because of my financial situation, he set me up with a sub-chapter s-corporation which saves me a huge amount of money on my taxes. I highly recommend Webster Financial Services.
David has done my taxes for the past ten years or so. I've never had an issue. Nor do I expect to . Highly recommended him.
Me and my wife had him do our 2014 taxes, he did them and sent copies to us. but never filed them. where in bad place because he has all my info and tax papers, no return calls, no return emails. like he dropped of planet. i live close to where he does his business. i even dropped a hand written letter to him. and still nothing. like wtf is up. I never in my life seen a tax prepairer not finish what they started and he has been paid to do it. sorry never again will i go there and i will try my hardest to reach others so they to dont get screwed. ty
