I've been here multiple times over the years I lived in this town and have never been satisfied with the service, the food, or the high prices.
Great cafe feel. Good iced coffee.
Very unorganized. I realize some mornings are busier than others and people are still learning but it seemed like everyone was confused (employees) orders sat on the counter (they weren't being called out when completed) && the selection of donuts, bagels and muffins were very scarce. Like I stated in realize some days are busier than others but definitely not the greatest experience I've had.
This place is horrible every time I go there they have lines all the way to the door and drive thru is wrapped all the way around with little movement. There are plenty of staff on shift which makes it why I don't get how it takes that long I should not have to wait over 20 minutes in line just to order my coffee management there and the owner need to do some thinking and have less people standing around and watching people work this store should be negative stars but I don't have the option to be able to worse dunkin ever
The only good thing I can seem to get is a donut stick, bag of hash browns, and a hot chocolate but that's a $7.00 order!
Food is sloppy and never fresh, the customer service is impersonal and I feel like I'm just pressured into ordering quicky without having a chance to feel out the menu. Very dissatisfied.
The store manager seems like a stuck up feminazi. But the other employees are great and the service is fast.
