Utterly terrible service, it took them five days and me calling them three times to give me a simple answer.
Me-"Do you have a hopper to use for the unloading of bulk cargo?"
"No we don't have one, and we're not interested in the work"
"I don't know I'll call you back"
"What's your email, I'll send you and answer"
This was truly a heroic waste of my time. It's never been such a chore trying to give someone money. The woman on customer service was actually so mean I'm not even mad, genuinely impressed they retain clients. With her ability to be so completely devoid of compassion or any sort of etiquette, I swear I just got off the phone with Roz from Monsters inc.
